Demand Justice for the Homicide of Michael Juls Gabriel Aquino

Demand Justice for the Homicide of Michael Juls Gabriel Aquino
The Issue
On the night of December 23, 2023, our beloved cousin Gabby was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident. He was driving on his way home when an unlicensed driver JOHN VINCENT VENZON along with a female passenger, recklessly entered the wrong lane, collided head-on and killed our Gabby in Arayat, Pampanga. Gabby was declared dead on arrival, his promising future cruelly taken away due to another's recklessness.
Our cousin Gabby always had the brightest smile. He loved to sing, and spend time with his family and friends. He had the warmest heart and the kindest soul. Our whole family misses him terribly everyday, and our hearts will forever be broken after losing our Gabby.
However, nearing one year since Gabby’s death, justice has still not been served. The court hearing is on going, but we fear that the reckless driver John Vincent Venzon who caused Gabby’s death may not receive the punishment he deserves. John Vincent Venzon is currently active on social media and living his life normally in Pampanga after paying the bail.
We kindly request everyone to sign the petition and share it, as we are also looking for possible eyewitnesses or bystanders during the night of the incident. We request anyone who may have any information to come forward and help us in our fight for justice.
This avoidable tragedy is replicated too often on our roads. Many of these accidents involve unlicensed drivers and incidents of reckless driving, just like in Gabby’s case.
It is imperative within the ethos of justice and safety, that perpetrators of such acts are sufficiently penalized, so as to deter future reckless behavior on the roads.
By signing this petition, we can demonstrate to the court, and the system at large, the public demand for justice not just for Gabby, but for all victims of reckless driving. We urge authorities to take strong action in this case, ensuring that Gabby's killer faces the full extent of the law. Please sign the petition to stand with us in this fight for justice.
