This petition is born out of a personal tragedy. My beloved dog, Gorda, was stolen from me by someone I trusted. On April 12th, 2024, in North Bergen NJ, Gorda was taken away under the pretense of a vet visit and never returned. The pain of this loss is unbearable as Gorda wasn't just a pet; she was family. He has been trying to unethically breed my dog without permission and now refuses to return her she has gotten sick and needs to be in my care. Him and his business owners surrounded with dogs that are infected with PARVO and has has 15 dogs pass away and are now on a worldwide tour infecting other dogs at their events. Dog breeder is @809exoticx on Instagram as known as Flaco aka Jairo conducting bad business practices under an LLC.

Dogs cannot advocate for themselves; they cannot speak or express their pain the way humans do. They rely on us to protect them and ensure their safety. Unfortunately, my story isn't unique. Many have been scammed by unscrupulous dog breeders who exploit our love for these innocent creatures.

It's estimated that thousands of dogs are stolen each year in the United States alone (Source: American Kennel Club). This alarming statistic highlights an urgent need for stricter regulations and harsher penalties against those who steal or mistreat animals.

This petition aims to bring attention to this issue and push for legal reforms that will hold breeders accountable and provide justice for victims like myself and Gorda. We need your support to make this happen.
