Sowjanya, a girl from our state, feels like a sister to many of us. Sadly, this sister of ours – and many other girls like her – are yet to receive their deserved justice in Dharmasthala. Dharmasthala, a place which name signifies 'Abode of Dharma', is not living up to its name. The innocent girls of our state have had their dignity and rights violated, their voices silenced by those in power. This needs to change. Incidents like Sowjanya's should never happen, and when they do, we must ensure swift and fair justice. We demand expedited investigation and harsh punishment for those who are found guilty. We also request for further protection measures to make Dharmasthala a safe place for every girl. Let us unite to uphold the dignity and rights of our sisters.
