The Issue

It's been one year since the precious life of Scarlette Marley Witherspoon was tragically taken from the world. On August 2nd, we marked 365 days since this 10-month-old fell victim to a heartless crime. She suffered a heart laceration, liver trauma, and blunt force injuries to her small body. Yet, in all this time, justice for Scarlett has been noticeably absent. We cannot let this heartbreaking tragedy remain unresolved.
Scarlette's story is not just a tale of loss and heartache; it is a call to action for our community in Erlington, and all of Kentucky. Despite the clear evidence of foul play, Scarlette's case remains unresolved, leaving scarlette family and community in despair and demanding answers. A whole year without justice is too long. We owe it to Scarlette and her family and to the world to demand an investigation that brings those responsible to account.
I urge you to stand with me in calling on local authorities to reopen and thoroughly investigate Scarlette's case. We need transparency, accountability, and most importantly, justice. The person responsible for taking this innocent child's life must be held accountable, so that Scarlette can finally rest in peace.
Let's come together as a community in Erlington and all of kentucky and make our voices heard. It's time to ensure that Scarlette's tragic death is not overlooked or forgotten. Every signature brings us one step closer to justice. Please sign this petition and help bring justice for Scarlette Marley Witherspoon. Your support can make a pivotal difference in seeking accountability for this senseless loss. Sign now and make justice a reality for Scarlette.
