I am reaching out to you in profound grief and disbelief over the horrific incident that ripped my sweet Annie from my life. Annie, my gentle and loving companion, was brutally murdered in cold blood at our own home. This heart-wrenching occurrence took place while I was in the hospital, back in September-October. The unimaginable act was committed by my son, who, in his impatience and heartlessness, refused to care for her in my absence.I was hospitalized in September of 2025 & my son (Arthur Liberty) promised me he would care for her or find a foster for her.But what he in fact did was very viciously & maliciously tortured her by lifting her up over his 6 foot 3 inch head & with full force slammed her down onto the concrete sidewalk/steps.The very steps that Annie had known for 15 years from when I rescued her from an abusive home as a puppy.  He slammed her repeatedly with her yelping in horrific pain till the last slam she lay still in a pool of her own blood,lifeless.Her life ended with a very sick man.Why did he do it? To spite me his mom and he despised me & he wanted to take over everything in my life.He has taken over my Social Security Check and my Pension check & is trying to sell my home of 40+ years...all for one reason G-R-E-E-D,it's disgusting that he could kill an innocent dog in this situation.It is unforgettable and unforgivable. 5 years for dog killing in prison

In a moment of unfathomable cruelty, he picked Annie up and violently slammed her onto the cement sidewalk, leaving her lifeless. The brutality of his actions and the deep loss of my beloved pet has left me shattered. Annie was not just a pet, but a cherished member of my family who offered unconditional love and companionship.

I am determined to seek justice for Annie. Her death cannot be in vain, and it is imperative that such acts of violence are met with appropriate consequences. I am therefore petitioning for a thorough investigation into this matter and for legal action to be taken against the responsible individual. It is crucial that our legal system views this as the serious crime that it is, ensuring that justice is served not only for Annie but to prevent such tragedies from occurring to other innocent pets.
