Many dioceses across the country have filed for bankruptcy following the exposure of their crimes.  The question is - Are they really out of money or is this a legal maneuver to avoid payment.  This article exposes the fact that the Church uses bankruptcy to halt all of the legal proceedings against it so that they do not have to go to court and their malfeasance is therefor not exposed.
