Will the Church be Bankrupt!?

Many dioceses across the country have filed for bankruptcy following the exposure of their crimes.  The question is - Are they really out of money or is this a legal maneuver to avoid payment.  This article exposes the fact that the Church uses bankruptcy to halt all of the legal proceedings against it so that they do not have to go to court and their malfeasance is therefor not exposed. 

But what about Catholic Charities?  Will they still be able to operate and perform their good works.  The answer to that is YES and YES.  This article reveals that and explains why that is so.
