Hi all,

Earlier today, United States Attorney David DeVillers of Ohio the Southern District Court of Ohio "announced that the U.S. Attorney’s Office – in coordination with the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, the Cincinnati Division of the FBI and the Columbus Division of Police –" will investigate the case and take action if Casey's civil rights are found to have been violated. Additionally, once the Columbus Police Department finishes their investigation, which is concurrent to the other investigations, "they will turn the evidence over to the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office to present to a grand jury."

Given that so many entities are involved in the investigation, we must continue to take action to urge that the demands of Casey's family are met.
