Andy McCauley Jr. is currently serving two life sentences without parole for a crime he did not commit. His case, marred by procedural violations, suppressed DNA evidence,  misconduct must be reopened. 

Why this is important:

The West Virginia State Police crime lab confirmed:

NO DNA belonging to Andy was found on the victim’s body, in her room, or on key pieces of evidence.

Unknown female DNA was found under the victim’s nails—and was never tested further.
Male DNA not belonging to Andy was recovered from the victim’s bedding.
Sperm DNA from a family member was found in the victim’s bed, and Andy McCauley was excluded as the source. Andy is not related to the victim.
