Demand Justice and Parental Rights Protection for Cassandra's Boys

Demand Justice and Parental Rights Protection for Cassandra's Boys
The Issue
My name is Cassandra, from Escondido, California. A devastating sequence of events ripped my family apart on December 24th, 2024, when CPS forcefully removed my two beautiful babies from our home. Despite completing an outpatient program and fulfilling all CPS demands, my sons were subjected to the horrific experience of abuse in their assigned foster home. Though the foster parents are now being prosecuted, this heinous act has caused immense trauma for my two babies and myself. It's unimaginable that a system intended to protect children from harm could be the source of such anguish. Please I am wanting to sue this family for harming my babys. We will be getting our boys back in July and we want Justice. Please. We will not back down. We want to help prevent this from happening to other families. Thank you.
June is Family Reunification Month in the U.S. - a recognition of the arduous journey thousands of families make each year to be reunified. Still, in California alone, as of 2020, there were an estimated 55,930 children in foster care. Many of these children are subjected to further abuse and neglect, prompting serious questions about the efficacy of our child protection systems. I beseech you, don't let my boys become another statistic in this failing system.
I implore you to sign this petition and stand with us in our fight for justice. Your signature will help us demand a thorough investigation of the CPS procedures that led to this grievous injustice and advocate for the rights of parents, like myself, who are striving to provide safe and loving homes for their children. Stand with us and sign today.
