St James Performance Gym attacks from the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts and criminal case initiated today against their predators by Montgomery County police.
Earlier this morning, after my workout section at the St James Performance Gym, in Bethesda Maryland, we caught a Hispanic male, with an iPhone s, staring through the glass door four times of the shower section I was in.
There is a difference between, someone walking through to get to somewhere and someone walking stopping, starring through a glass of the shower I was into with an iPhone s in his hand. I opened the door and engaged him. He ran away. So, I stopped showering, quickly put on my clothes, and a staff came by and I reported. This happened today 9/30/26. This man is Hispanic.
While reporting to the staff, I notice, the phone the sexual predator, had in his hand was a different, and much bigger cellphone. I took a picture of him. I did instruct him to stay until Montgomery County Police arrived on the scene, but he ran away--unwilling to wait for the police.
The staff that came downstairs affirmed with me that, what that man did is crazy, after I exposed the case to him. The staff revealed to me, that, man attended the St James performance Gym over a year and i responded that is exactly more evidence.
The same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts, when she sent people to attack, assaults, lies and build frivolous motives for her gains, she always chooses people in the workplace, that have been there a long time-a tactic to blend in, so she can run her perversion, and her moral turpitudes crimes, nationwide for her personal gains, interpersonal relations and corruption at-large.
We called Montgomery County Police and they arrived. After investigating this subject matter, engage substantial and concrete evidence, a criminal case number was given against that man sent by the same FBI Agent woman and her cohort to engage illegal espionage, when i am in a working place, which is the gym showering- after my work out section. it is consistent with other informants and surrogates this same FBI Agent woman have used to either attack, assaults or make-up lies against me, for her personal gains, interpersonal relations and corruption at-large. They appear to be concerns with whether, I am masturbating while in the shower. FYI: I am not, rather I am praying while I am in shower. I have a very strong prayers life-a lifestyle I live for the past two decades and counting. I pray almost 24/7. This is the solemn truth. The staff reported to me that, that predator is also a member of the St James Performance Gym.
Recently, I reported that I engaged hypothesis test, to know all the names of the employees of this gym, that the same FBI Agent woman, forced to sign her forms as informants and surrogates; I have those names. They cover basically are exposed, this is why the same FBI Agent woman is now tapping into other's member's here at the gyms to continue with their schemes and moral turpitude crimes. We will pressed Criminal Charge against that St James Performance Gym member, he is a pervert just like this same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts.
These same dubious tactics were engaged by the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts when I was at the Nebel St Shelter.

Lyft driving ongoing sex attacks from the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts
While working for Lyft on 9/28/2026 at 11:00 Pm, i received a call to pick up someone in southeast DC, after arriving at that area, minutes away from the pickup address, I stop the car so I knew the same FBI Agent woman and her cohort were using algorithm to infiltrate that client. So, I decided to engaged hypothesis test. I pulled my driver chair backward, took a napkin, and placed it under my arm, on my lap. Suspicious black truck started to drive by, looking into my car- staring at me through my window. Then I removed my hoodie and placed it on my lap, and I still had a white t-shirt on. The suspicious vehicle increases, because they thought that maybe I am either masturbating or maybe I was having sex in the car. I documented. This is what the same FBI Agent woman and her cohort have been lying to people, she is seeking to abuses their reputation.
Acknowledge, I went to sleep and left the car on, but my lights were turned off and woke up at 1:50 am. Lo and behold, I observed a woman (a whore) without a pant and without underwear, entering a car. Her nudity was completely outside. She looked towards me, hoping i will get out of my car and go into her car for sexual intercourse, but I did not. Another small car at that juncture, drove pass my car while looking at me. I documented everything. I drove out of southeast DC area. I am not that kind of man. I will not have sex with a woman outside of marriage and i stand on that.

Elizabeth Town Court--New-York
On 09/29/2026, I received a call from the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, regarding our appointment of today 09/30/2026. Additionally, they stated that something has showed up in the state of New York, alleging there is a speeding ticket that is unsettle there and need to be resolves. They conveyed the alleged speeding ticket number: 3B 276F 7BRH and reference number: 715-809-861.
I spontaneously called (518) 473-5595 the New-York DMV and spoke with them. I said, " I have never ever resided in new-York. I have never ever owned a vehicle in new-York. Nonetheless I vividly remembered on December 16th, 2016, while driving back from Quebec, Canada with my ex-wife, we were unlawfully pulled over by a police officer that allege that we were speeding. We weren't speeding at all. That police officer gave us a paper to appear in court for the false accusation. I do not recall, receiving any ticket to pay a speeding tracking fees on that day. This matter was discontinued by the Elizabeth Town Court. When a matter gets to be discontinued, it means that, the officers of the court have deemed us not at fault and free from any motor vehicle traffic violation of any-kind.
Furthermore, the New-York DMV I spoke with gave me the Elizabeth Town Court phone number: (518) 873-2047. So, I called with my direct personal number, and it was going straight to their answering machine without even rigging. I tried calling for about 30 minutes with my personal number, it was going straight to their answering machine without even rigging. This is very unusual. So, I used my google number (804) 742-0852, it rang, a Judge answer the call. I conveyed the same aforementioned declaration I spoke with the New-York DMV agent to this judge. He said, I paraphrased, this is being over ten years, and the matter was at some point discontinued, as mentioned to him. I notice that his breathing rhythms changed. This Judge affirmed, for him to do anything regarding this matter, they have to dig deep into the storages paper filed. Then he asked me, send correspondence to his court, with the allege ticket number, reference number, my name and date of birth.
I speedily sent the sworn correspondence to his court the same day; 9/29/26, with all information's he requested, and I did request that false ticket to be dismissed with prejudice, and I mailed it the same day: 9/29/26.

The reason the Elizabeth Town Court false speed discontinued ticket arises again
When I was in Quebec Montreal Canada, with my ex-wife, a vacation I alone financed it, we were at "Hotel de la ville de Longueuil." This hotel is located at: 4250 Ch. de la Savane, Longueuil, QC J3Y 9G4, Canada and as of 2016, it was a 5 stars hotel-very expensive. My ex-wife and I stayed at that hotel nearly for a week, again I am against the 50/50 notion, so I did not share the cost of this vacation with her. From food, transportations, restaurants you named it, I took care of everything.
I vividly remembered, the first day we arrived there, I asked my ex-wife, to join me and let's go out and find something fun, together so we can do it, together. she dissented. So, few days, after we had eaten a French style good meal, we went upstairs to rest, she wanted sex, I said "no." The reason, I said "no," is because I wanted a massage. But she didn't want to come with me.
I left and was looking for a massage place around Longueuil, QC (Quebec,) and I found a placed that were advertised their service as "massages," place. I went in and requested a massage. The woman i spoke with did not, tell me it was not a massage place. She took my card and said she will process and, on the way, out return my card to me. I still had my phone on me. I went into the room to wait, one of her colleagues came to me and told me i cannot have my phone on me, I dissented and kept my phone on me. Minutes later, women, with no clothes came in for me to choose, it was weird and disrespectful. I ask for a massage and not for naked women.
Once those women were outside of that room where I was seating, I went into my phone and in my bank app, and remove the overdraft protection from my bank account, which took immediate effects. I instantly temporarily blocked my card. My card declined at the juncture all those wicked women exited the massage room.
According to them, i needed to select the woman, and tell what kind of massage I want from her, then she will go and tell the person at their cash register so they can charge the card, and the woman before returning to the massage room will have to first go and shower. I found out about this when the lady was returning my card, and the charge did not go through because I blocked it. I did not engage.
The solemn reason I blocked it is because, the advertisement of massage that was stating outside of that business was really not a massage place and I did not want to do that because I am not that kind of man.
Upon returning to our former matrimonial home, I purposely left that website on my phone, so my ex-wife can see it. I did not hide it from her at all.
The same FBI Agent woman is as we speak coercing my ex-wife to turn against me, with a false narrative, so they can use it against me. It will backfire against them.
The same FBI Agent woman is a pervert and a sex predator- she is seeking to distract people with her schemes, but all of her lies and schemes are failing.
This is why she continued to used people as shield to evade accountabilities and justice and at the same time trying to delay our cases proceedings against her and her cohorts in the Federal Court's. God almighty will not allow her to delay our case proceedings in the federal courts in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

Even before we went to vacation, I had a monthly massage membership here in the Maryland at Hand & Stones located: 825-D Rockville Pike, Rockville Maryland 20852; I was going there once or twice a week.
Even now at the St James Performance Gym, my membership includes Massages therapy sections.
Massages and sports are my ways of relieving stress most of the time. Travel is also an activity I enjoy, when I am in an exclusive commitment to please my partner and also for me to relax a bit.

Efforts to find housing are being obstructed by the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts
My ongoing effort of finding housing is being under attacks. The same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts are actively placing frivolous housing/ basement advertisements via individual personal homes. When i visited those places, I am observing rather unprecedented attacks against my credibility and stalling strategies these individual homeowners are engaging against me at the behest of the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts. For example: A married man with origins from Togo, with a phone number (202) 367-6495, placed an advertisement to rent his two bedrooms basement in silver spring Maryland. According to our cellular records, we arranged to meet on Saturday September 26th, 2026, at 3:00Pm. On this day, he changed to 3:40pm. I proceeded and during the showing of basement, he insisted we go upstairs continue to speak. Obviously, taking much time away from me.
As soon as I came in, he mentioned my tribe, "bamileke," and I never told him that. I immediately responded: "I identified as a strong spirit filled Christian and not just as bamileke." My parents are bamileke, but I do not involve with their belief, nor do I engage in their practice due to witchcraft.
This Togo of origins man mentioned that to tie me or mixed me into the bamileke witchcraft cultures. After disclosing my work as a Lyft driver, he asked me very unprofessional questions. I responded.
He asserted having already communicated with his current tenant that is occupying the basement and said that he will leave by September 30th, 2026. While showing me the basement, he opened the bedroom of his current tenants without disclosures and consent, nor did he advise his tenant of such behaviors. I dissented from that and told him, he should do unto others, what he would like them to do to him." Then he introduces me to his daughter, a kid. I noticed him smirked. I agreed that on 09/30/26 I will come and pay him $800 deposits.
On September 27th, 2026, I sent him a text for him to confirm again, in writing of us meeting on September 30th, 2026, and the place will be vacated by the time i arrive. He read the text and never responded. After calling over five times, he answered and changed his words, "he is not sure, he is waiting on his current tenant." To this juncture, this man has not followed through.
Example 2:
On September 28th, 2026, i contacted another homeowner, a married man: (301) 337-1496 to rent his basement and i arrived there at 7:15 Pm.
He mentioned he was to see my credit score and i showed him. he exclaimed my credit is good. I briefly spoke of him of my need to focus into academics and did show my credentials and academic accomplishments as evidence.
He mentioned, he wants to see my income, and I showed it to him. This is a sustainable income. I was very honest with him and disclose that I have been driving Lyft again just recently.
He mentioned if I have any problems with criminal background check, I responded "no," actually we can engage criminal background check. He said he will send me a link for it.
He mentioned, he wants references, and I told him that's fine, I will give him references. Then he said, I should sent him my name for the background check, I said that is fine, I can send even now so that we get the ball rolling. He noticed i caught his frivolous behaviors. Then he said he does not know but have to speak with his wife. Meanwhile, time is going and these techniques are consistent with the same other informants and surrogates of the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts have used to stall or create false narratives. On 9/29/2026 at 9:25 am, he mentioned, he is not moving forward.

On 9/28/26 at 8:28pm, I received a call to pick up someone at a hotel. The same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts used algorithms to infiltrate a man into my Lyft car. Upon arrival, he saw my degrees and plates in my truck and said he will smash my degrees and diploma. he did not ask to be removed, nor did he asked to be place elsewhere. I remained civilized and moved my degrees into the driver passenger seat.
While driving he instructed me to close his window. I did, but meanwhile he is smoking the vape into the car. He instructed me to close the passenger front side of the window. i did but meanwhile he is still smoking vape into my car. Then, he commanded me to close my driver side of the window, meanwhile he is still smoking the vape into my car.
I mentioned this kind of attacks in the 'District Court for Washington District of Columbia, ECF/CM 1, Bopda vs. FBI Inspection Division Et. Al. Case 1:25-cv-03425. Lyft instructed he have to leave the vehicle, but he refused to leave. Lyft sent the police at my location, and they forced him outside of my car.

Lastly, the colleague of the same FBI Agent woman, whose name is: Eduardo Valdivia and had the same supervisory role as her, was criminally charged by a Montgomery County Maryland Jury, and sentenced to 80 years in prison, for raping three women at a tattoo studio in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He is now serving 60 years.
Eduardo Valdivia was convicted on six counts of second-degree rape and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense on July 18, 2025; Acknowledge, Prosecutors later revealed in court a third potential victim had come forward. Ladies, and Gentlemen, Investigators later identified "Lalo Brown" as Valdivia.
This is the reason why, this same FBI Agent woman to this day, have classified her name, and hide it from the people she is abusing her power, 25 CFR 11.448, while committing moral turpitude crimes. She is actively trying to delay this Federal charges against her and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division Et. Al.
