On 08/25/2026, our democracy, the people and the flags of the United States witness an egregious, unmeritable, and preposterous 'Opinion' made this time, by a sole and self-motive under the order and signature of "Judge TJK. "
The Opinion read, " plaintiff Yannick Bopda, proceeding 'pro-se,' has bombarded the docket with frivolous 'motions,' 'exhibits,' and 'notices,'-- several of which contain material that is highly inappropriate for inclusion on the docket and irrelevant to the case. Courts have an obligation to protect and preserve the sound and orderly administration of justice." Urban v. United Nations, 768 F.2d 1497, 1500 (D.C. Cir. 1985) (cleaned up).
The Opinion further read, "Courts also possess an inherent power to control their dockets and to achieve the orderly and expeditious disposition of cases." Link v. Wabash R. R. Co., 370 U.S. 626, 63031 & n.4 (1962). And Courts may prevent plaintiffs from vexatiously cluttering the Court's docket with inappropriate and irrelevant material. The Court will exercise its discretion to do so here."
As a result, "Judge TJK,” ordered that i shall not file without "permission" anymore into the case and warning/threatening, to dismiss our meritorious case for failure to necessarily file into our case. Basically, unlawfully reducing or diminishing our First Amendment rights.
It's important you all understand that this judge has been “stonewalling” our case since it was mechanically assigned to him by one of his clerks, against the will of the people.
Ladies and Gentlemen, this isn't the first time this judge has entered a preposterous 'opinion,' on this docket, and obviously not in the best interest of the 'constitution' but in the interest of the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts at the behest of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division Et Al.
If we do not fight back, NOW and stand with GOD, tomorrow, this same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts will sow further terror in the cities near you. We must not waver in this fight for accountabilities and Justice. I have never ever eaten her money, because I just cannot eat from an evil hand.
They are so desperate to lure me into sleeping with fleet of women so they can accuse me of a false rape or sleeping with a homosexual so they can tarnish the anointing and the words and destiny of God upon my life. It will never happen. God will not allow it.

On 12/30/2025, this same Judge wrote an ‘opinion’ alleging, "I did not serve the original complaints and summons to all participants of this case.” Thus, his office conspired with the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts at the behest of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division Et Al., therefore, teamed with his Clerck and obstructed justice by allowing that clerk to remove the Certified United States Postal Service Green Certificate from the ‘ECF/CM systems.’
They believed, I did not have the copy of those receipts. So, I refilled in the ‘ECF/CM’ Court docket and exposed them on this page. Due to that, on 1/16/2026, "Judge TJK” shamefully reversed his preposterous 'opinion.'
Acknowledge, his motive of engaging such frivolous opinions were to give the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts at the behest of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Et Al. ample time to continue to engage harassments, obstruction of justice, threats, ect.. against the people and us.
I am not a lawyer nor am I a law school graduate of any kind. I am a proven, trained and upright scientist--unlike them. So, I go by engaging truthful theories without making any assumption of any kind. Scientific Theories are defined by outcomes from large body of experiments, observations and strong evidence, of the subject matter. This subject matter has been filed with concrete and substantial strong evidences.
Absolutely, nothing on this meritorious complaint or trustworthy docket I, Yannick Bopda, on behalf of the people, and myself have filed that is frivolous. This complaint, appendixs and notices are all meritorious and filed with crystal-clear lenses and not “rosy lenses.”

It is not the duty of Judge TJK to make such grave statement without first, showing “undue prejudice,” or evidence of such blatant accusation; It is the duty of defendant’s to file such accusation and we as the plaintiff, will respond, then the vetted Jurors at the Physical Testimonial Open-Public-Trial, after viewing all substantial evidence will decide. This has been the standard orderly process of the Judiciary branch for centuries.

The opinion entered on 8/25/2026, itself is “frivolous” and shameful assault against the United States Constitution.
After I filed our response, see 'ECF/CM 70,' the same FBI Agent woman, sent the same Kingpin drug dealer, that almost got me kill, Infront of the Superior Court of DC, on August 11th, 2026, and he unlawfully called my phone to attack me on 8/26/2026 at 5:24 Pm. I texted him to "STOP calling me" and blocked him again. see, 'ECF/CM 63,' and 'ECF/CM 64.'
This Kingpin Drug dealer called himself and affirmed he is a "finesser." He still got 3 months on 'parole,' yet this is the kind of person, this same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts are hiring and working with and allowing them to have Jobs, while others that are uprights and saints are being persecuted for refusing to work for the FBI. This Kingpin Drug Dealer, affirmed, " he is always around young girls, and women," and "his Mercedes was consigned by one of his women/ young girls. " These are the people, judge TJK has protected numerous times by entering an opinion that is not true and stonewalling our case.
This is why on August 11th 2026, the Kingpin Drug dealer told me our case will take 20 years — this kind of smear campaign, is what the same FBI agent woman and her cohorts are actively spreading on the street to discourage people from standing for accountability and justice.

Concrete considerations in analyzing whether "undue Prejudice," exits include whether the proposed amendment or response would negatively impact the proceedings. (1) "substantially changes the theories on which the case has been proceeding and is proposed late enough so that the opponent would be required to engage in significant new preparation," (2) "may requires or requires the defendants to expend significant additional resources to conduct discovery and prepare for trial;" and (3) "will significantly delay the resolution of the dispute." see 'Djourabchi, 240 F.R.D. at 13'
Most of all, the "party" (not the Judge,) opposing the amendment or response bears the burden of showing such substantial or undue prejudice. Please see, 'Atlantic Bulk Carrier Corp. v. Milan Express Co., Inc., No.3:10cv103, 2010 WL 2929612, at 4 (E.D. Va. 2010).'
We have never obstructed Justice, neither have we entice violence of any kind; But the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts have continuously threatened that she will kill the Judges, clerks and their families, of this District Court for Washington District of Columbia. The (clean-up,) is just a frivolous pretext to destroy evidence, in spite of, 'ECF/CM 67,' 'Motion for evidence Preservation.' But God Almighty, as we speak will not allow them to interfere with his Justice. God Almighty is righteous and he loves Justice, Psalm 11:7.
We did tell Judge TJK on record of the danger on August 11th, 2026, court date at the superior court of DC, more than twice. Nonetheless, he did not respond, per the docket records. I was hit by a paper. That paper could have been a bullet. Judge TJK, have been stonewalling this meritorious case since, and we have been observing, in silence.
I am not a lawyer but i am an upright scientist. There is absolutely nothing frivolous about this case.

The same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts have been torturing me by using the systems against me: crippling my finances, crippling work opportunity and obstructing stabilities into housing. Currently, I am sleeping at a storage because of them at no fault of my own.
When I am looking for housing, they populated false and frivolous housing advertisement on google. When I connected with those frivolous landlords without knowing at that juncture, they are engaging lines of questioning that are unparallel to those that are usually ask for landlord/tenant purpose.
For example, I visited a home recently to rent a place, the man was questioning me on interest rate on housing. Interest rate is only discussed when someone is purchasing home and not when they want to rent a room or a basement. Then I told the man, I am not interested on purchasing a home due to the facts that I am still into school, and once I graduated medical school on merit, then I will engage a medical program designed for first time home buyers, per my other mom, counsel.
I spoke of the maximum allowed (just for housing,) into that program, given that you have graduated with your M.D Degree. To get that degree and ace with mention require unlimited amount of hard work and sacrifices in good faith--and not laziness.
I never ever stated I want to be an M.D because I want to buy a home. If, it was up to me, I will not engage the M.D journey but the purpose of this M.D is God! I nearly have two master's degrees in which both of them are in status shining colors, meaning 3.70 to 4.0 Cumulative GPAs. Two master's Degrees are already equivalent to a PH'D so if it was just up to me i will not engage this M.D journey. God and his purpose, designed for our country and the world, designated this purpose into the palm of my hands. This is the reason, i am engaging Medical School. The purpose is God!
This same FBI Agent woman is mad that i have refused to partner with her and i have rejected all her diabolical offers and she will not be amongst the people the ALMIGHTY GOD will fervently use through this journey.
So, they want to tarnish us by making a fake story, that I said the only reason I want to be a M.D is because I want to buy a $1,000 000 home.
