OFFICIAL PUBLIC STATEMENT
My fellow's Americans,
I hope this official public statement, pursuant to the First Amendment, the Whistleblower Protection Act, and the Whistleblower Enhancement Act of the Constitution of the United States, reaches you all in great health and high spirits.
This is not a drill. Please see Bopda v. FBI Inspection Division et al. Case Number: 1:25-cv-03425 'ECF/CM 42 through 49, with Appendix's.'
We earnestly and respectfully ask all American people and lawful residents, the United States Senate, Congressional Representatives, the Trump Administration, the United States Supreme Court, the descendants of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and the legacy of Former President Kennedy, nationwide, to thoroughly examine the above case referenced, including its title, number, and filing details. We kindly request an expeditious, careful review of documents from 'ECF/CM 1 through 49 with appendices included. Your attention to this matter is vital.
We don't seek out problems, yet we have a reputation for boldly confronting any formidable challenge that comes our way. I fear no spirits, except for the Holy Spirit and God.
Approximately three years ago, I became aware of certain individuals among us who have repeatedly participated in a lawsuit we have against the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division without our consent. Moreover, some of these individuals have involved their children and families, diverted funds (in United States currency), and enlisted numerous people with whom I have neither met nor conversed regarding this matter. This spread like wildfire; meanwhile, the mastermind engaged in a very dangerous tactic, one I am very much familiar with: 'double crossing.'
Despite being aware of their true intentions, I chose to remain vigilant and quietly gather the necessary evidence. They would put on smiles in my presence, even suggesting I marry their daughters and tossing a few dollars my way, all in an effort to undermine my worth and position among them at the behest of this same FBI Agent woman.
At the same time, this same FBI agent woman and her colleagues at the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division are maliciously using taxpayer funds to support their agenda. They’re financing church building, providing monetary incentives to those who are working against us by enticing them to create frivolous motives, facilitating payments, and even helping with vehicle purchases and mortgage assistance.
Some women have even suggested a marriage proposal and offer intimate relationships, aimed at enabling the same FBI agent woman to manage the funds they’ve been actively trying to provide me through less conventional means--outside of Federal Court Jurisdiction; But GOD!!! GOD HAS BEEN BY OUR SIDE YA'LL. We will not accept any settlement outside of the Federal Court. The window of opportunity for settlement is now closed. [Open- Public- Trial,] only at this juncture.
This same pastor, the mastermind of all these schemes in our midst at the behest of the same FBI Agent woman, even mentioned to multiple people familiar with this subject matter that he wants me to be second-in-command of a new church they want to launch once this matter is complete. He also said that the executive will force me to either get ordained or remain a member of our congregation. He is threatening that if we come after him, he will take his daughter firearm and ask the same FBI Agent woman to authorize him to use her systems to track me and harm me.
The whole time, if anything, I showed unity, faithfulness, loyalty, endurance, and unconditional love to these people. Unbeknownst to us, some were on a mission for my demise, yet appearing as innocent in front of me.
The Lord has been revealing to me that there are those among us who are not fully aligned with His purpose, and I sense their duplicity. Last Friday, during our time of tarrying and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the truth was laid bare before me. It has also come to my awareness that certain pastors within our community have chosen to speak on my situation without my permission, even going so far as to make baseless accusations. This must be addressed to maintain the integrity of our fellowship.
Over the past three years, not a single executive or pastor has approached me regarding these unfounded accusations or claims in any form. Yet they were concocting very damaging plots against me, to maliciously cause our litigation to fail so they can receive huge monies from this same FBI Agent woman.
Meanwhile, the Clerk of the District Court for the Washington District of Columbia, without notice, changed the ECF/CM 42 to a motion for 'default judgment' when, as of 6/10/26, it was filed as a 'Motion for Trial-open-to-public.' Although we had the option to invoke 'Rule 55,' which is 'Request for Default Judgment,' and receive everything we have asked for, we made a much more noble approach, for a fair fight to accountability and justice in a truthful endeavor. Monies alone aren't what we are seeking for reparations. The people responsible for the onslaughts and terrors of our communities we have been suffering need to be held accountable to the full strength of FEDERAL LAWS.
The same FBI agent woman "misled" them by claiming that the "evidence" we gathered against them was no longer in our possession. In reality, each time she dispatched someone to steal court-related evidence from me, I was forewarned by divine revelation the night before. Consequently, I secured the evidence in an inaccessible location. Last weekend, it was striking to witness these individuals boasting that the "evidences" was "out of our reach."
The evidences previously believed unavailable to us has now been formally submitted to the District Court for the District of Columbia this week, underscoring our commitment to transparency and clarity in this matter. The spirit of truth is prevailing, and God is with us, Zion.
What you all must understand is that this same FBI agent woman and the FBI Inspection Division have been preying on communities, destroying families, fabricating false sex motives, engaging in frauds, incest, rape, sex human trafficking, terrorism, and using the systems to thwart accountability and justice with wielded lies. We declare that the turmoil caused by their actions will come to a definitive end in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.
Those who were ensnared by threats of untimely demise and deceit were trapped by a web of lies! There is nothing redeeming, truthful, or ethical emanating from this same FBI agent woman and her sponsored in the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division. It is crucial to reject their malicious tactics by standing firm in the truth; any departure from the truth does not align with God will and is now unraveling before our eyes. Any pastor or church member involved in wrongdoing, accepting ill-gotten gains, or associating with this same FBI agent woman is complicit in criminality.
We heard some of them say they will come to lie under oath. The second you lie, the polygraph will expose you, and you will reap the consequences of lying under oath, to the full strength of Federal Law. Contempt in Federal Court is a punishable crime, years in prison!! Even if you are not in the church, you become an accomplice by lying in Federal Court under oath; that is grounds for contempt and years in Prison!!
We have made a specific request, the polygraph must not be one of the FBI or the Department of Justice (the FBI has loyalists in the Department of Justice;) It must be from the District Court of Washington, District of Columbia, to promote transparency, honesty, and fair [open-public-trial]
If you received a Federal Court-approved subpoena to proceed in Federal Grounds, for an [open-public-trial,] under oath and on polygraph, remain honest and truthful. What this same FBI Agent woman and her sponsored, FBI Inspection Division are doing, they do not want to go down alone, they want to drag as many people down with them--RESIST EVIL, DO NOT LIE, AND STAND ON THE TRUTH.
The United States Constitution supersedes Corruption and interpersonal relationships of any kind. I have been, and we have been, very patient for three years and counting, giving ample time for those people to stop, repent, and truly seek God rather than money. I harbor no malice at all, but God is a God of Justice!
This week, I led the charge and fought through sweat and with the truth, by the spirit of truth, to make sure the District Court for the Washington District of Columbia sees things through crystal clear lenses and not rosy lenses, and we PREVAILED! [Open-Public-Trial,] IT IS.
Everything and every wielded lies they plotted against us this week was NULLIFIED by the spirit of truth. GOD IS WITH US YA'LL.

QUICK TESTIMONY:
On 6/25/26, I was on the train to the District Court for Washington, D.C., deeply immersed in prayer with my Bible open. I appealed to God for a "sign," a [reassurance of His presence among us.] Shortly after, I drifted into a brief sleep while on the train.
When the train pulled into the Metro Center, I suddenly woke up and quickly leaped out just as the door was closing. To my dismay, I soon realized that my cellphone was left behind on the train. I immediately sought out a Metro Center train worker, explaining that my phone was still on the train I had just exited.
The first thing the Metro Center worker told me was that it takes a bare minimum of two days to process for the retrieval of the phone, and it has to be through the lost and found. Everything runs through my phone, so I didn't know what to say again.
An Angel of the Lord appeared to me and told me, "This is the sign: I am with you all. Ask for your phone again." So, I asked the Metro Center train worker for my phone again, and he instantly grabbed his phone, made a call, and said the train number was "131." He turned to me and said he would call him back in five minutes. So, he called back, and someone picked up the phone and told me, " My phone is at the Gallery Station." One stop after Metro Center.
I left, took the next train, and got to the Gallery metro station. When I arrived there, the man said, " My phone was turned off completely, and it's very unusual to have this kind of luck. So, I smiled, I told him, " This is not luck, but GRACE!!! My phone was returned to me in less than 30 minutes during the busy morning train traffic. God is with us, true people of God.

Listen closely, as I have heard from the Lord: GOD IS WITH US. EMMANUEL. When others mistreat you, taking advantage of your hard work or good heart and thinking they will prosper, here’s the truth: Let God be your defender. It doesn’t matter what they do or say; what truly matters is that we stand with the truth. By the spirit of truth. This is how we respond. This is the foundation upon which heaven will stand. Today, I bet you, they are all SHAMEFUL! But I am still praying for their salvation, while speaking the truth to shame satan and shame the wielded lies they tried to use to inflict further irreparable damage.
The FBI has no say in my coming to America. The FBI has no say in my uprightness in the Lord. The FBI cannot force me to work for them. I cannot and will not work for the FBI. Likewise, I cannot and will not be used to become second-in-command of any church. God called me to be an armor bearer, a surgeon, in the prophetic office, and not second in command in any church at all.

With the exception of the Central Collection Unit and the two assistant attorneys general, who prioritized personal relationships and corruption over the principles of justice and accountability.
