Synopsis of Public Library Failed Sex Plot by the same FBI Agent woman at the behest of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division Et Al

I was at the public library yesterday, June 9th, 2026, and sitting at a computer. A woman I do not know arrived yesterday and sat near me. Here she goes, starting to give me all kinds of flattering statements, saying, “I am clean and handsome with nice teeth. “

Furthermore, she mentioned she wants a boyfriend and would like me to be the one, so I politely told her I am not interested and I don't want her. She proceeded to open her jeans in front of me, with her phone number, in a public library, and told me to come to her home, which is five minutes from the public library, for sex. 

There was a man beside me who saw a bit of her approach. While she proceeded to leave, she touched my shoulder, hoping it would provoke me into following her to her home and having sex with her, but I RESISTED. 

She turned back and asked for a hug in front of people in a public library. I was thinking that if I declined to give her a hug, and I know [she is sent], she could start making a scene here at a public library, and I was heavily working on a paper. She started talking very badly about Africans and the Lord, Jesus. 

So, I mentioned that since she is asking for a hug, she has consented to just one hug; I will give her a hug, so she knows African people of origin are cool, and that is it; she agreed, and I gave her a quick hug in a public library. I reiterated to her that Jesus is real and he is done great for many and for me.

I saw her with two cellphones. She kept circling back, “touching/caressing my shoulder without consent.” Before giving her a hug, she asked for it and “consented.”

I didn't go to her home; I did not call her; I blocked that number she gave me, and I did not have sex with her in any way. I ignored her until she left the public library. 

The moral of the story here is that “except for the ones that are corrupted,” Africans of origin people are not bad; I consider myself an American already, and I value and cherish this country that has adopted me. We are cool people. We are very honest people.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, with its Inspection Division, does not want to settle on our terms. This morning and by noon at the latest, I will enter, ‘motion’ in lieu of Rule 55, for [open-public-trial.] with appendix ‘s and proposed order in the District Court for Washington District of Columbia.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division and the same FBI Agent woman are NATIONAL SECURITY THREATS because they are the ones who are assaulting  our communities, families, financial landscape, judiciary systems and civil employment with their violations and evil conducts with a consistent unlawful threat of burning down our church or killing us for speaking up and refusing to become part of their madness and corrupt machines.

ACTION, WE HAVE TAKEN IN THE FEDERAL COURT

We have exercised patience in the longest and proper manners. We have given enough time for them to do right and correct their violations, but they do not care. We have given them many chances to settle inside the federal court.

Acknowledge, the Federal Bureau of investigation inspection division with the same FBI Agent woman are actively engaging in fearful tactics to intimidate the Court and Judges in the District Court for Washington District of Columbia. 

God almighty will never ever allow such thing and the spirit of truth has prevailed, in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
