The United States Department of Justice, as of today date: 05/20/2026 has formally, appointed a representative into the case in the District Court for Washington District of Columbia. 

The only way, this settlement will go, with respect to the Department of Justice, is with our stipulation; in other words, in our terms as reflected in the notice of intent to sue dated: 3/31/25 sent to the DOJ and Official complaint filed with the Federal Court on September 25th 2025.

We will not negotiate on those terms, under any circumstances.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡.  𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞, 𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬.

If settlement is not met, in lieu of requesting Rule 55, we will stipulate for a distinguished OPEN PUBLIC JURY TRIAL, in alignment with everything requested on our OMNIBUS MOTION to ensure a FAIR and PROPER TRIAL, in GOOD FAITH.

Finally, we are seeking REDRESS, ACCOUNTABILITY, and JUSTICE, per the FIRST AMENDMENT, WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION ACT, and WHISTLEBLOWER ENHANCEMENT ACT, and the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA.
