Good Afternoon Everyone,

The Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed in the United States Supreme Court on February 13th, 2026, was successfully RECEIVED. “We are PENDING.”

We received the first response dated March 12th, 2026, on March 16th, 2026.

In its response, the United Supreme Court identified three minor errors. It highlighted the GRACE extended by the Higher Court in the Land, as well as the importance of promptly correcting those mistakes. In light of this understanding, I have immediately begun reviewing the petition and taken the necessary steps to rectify these errors in good faith.

We have demonstrated honesty, good faith, integrity, and transparency in the process. I anticipate refilling the petition with the proper correction sooner rather than later.

It is entirely proper for the United States Supreme Court, the Higher Court in the land,  to respond in this fashion. WE ARE GRATEFUL AND DO NOT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED.

As a dedicated science major, I am not trained in law nor a law school graduate; however, this journey has led me to learn and continue learning high-level legal writing skills every day.

The complexity of this subject matter, necessitates that we engage as pro-se, and deny any attempt at representation from any law firm–to protect the integrity of this ongoing matter.

Moreover, gaining APPROVAL from another Court, the District Court for the Washington District of Columbia, to access the privileges of Federal ECF/CM filing systems as a pro se litigant is a testament to resilience and integrity. This type of privilege is usually granted to lawyers or big law firms; WE ARE GRATEFUL AND DO NOT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED.

This experience serves as a powerful reminder that light ultimately prevails over darkness. Truth dispels deceit. An uncorruptible and just justice always triumphs over any form of hatred, gaslight or injustice.

And therefore will the Lord wait, that He may be gracious unto you, and therefore will He be exalted, that He may have mercy upon you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all they that wait for Him.-Isaiah 30:18
