Hello everyone,

I want to bring to your attention that since late October 2025, I have been residing at the Montgomery County Government homeless shelter located at 11600 Nebel St, Rockville, Maryland, through no fault of my own. Despite this challenging situation, I am facing active and unlawful interference in my employment opportunities and crippling of my finances by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division and the FBI itself, via the same FBI Agent woman.

This ongoing obstruction of Justice, 18 U.S.C.§Chapt. 73, 18 U.S.C.§ 1503, §1512, and §1513, and Abuse of Office or Abuse of Power, 25 CFR 11.448, are severely crippling my finances and career opportunities.

Upon arrival at this Homeless Shelter, after engaging in naturalistic observation and hypothesis for just 30 days, I noticed the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation itself, via the same FBI Agent woman, had already arrived and engaged in a multitude of lies.

Over the past 90 days, I have gathered significant evidences from credible sources, engage upright hypotheses, and naturalistic observations; therefore, I can confidently confirm that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Inspection Division, through the same FBI Agent woman, has deputized multiple employees from Nebel St Shelter, including case aide, and some leadership, as informants and surrogates against me. 

Currently, I’m overhearing some staff at the shelter questioning my sexuality simply because I’ve turned down unwanted sexual advances and schemes from women (staff) and homosexual man (client)  here at the shelter. Additionally, I’m facing criticism and harassment for having multiple degrees while still being in the shelter.

On March 4th, 2026, a homosexual man, here at the shelter while I was sleeping at night, tried to kiss me on the lips. Fortunately, the Lord awakened me, and when I opened my eyes, his face was so close to my face, and I repelled him before impact. 

I also reported to the senior staff. It was documented. It is evident that the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation itself would rather have me have sex with a fleet of women or turn gay than be a happily married man to just one woman in Maryland.

The purpose of such a nuisance and ongoing violation is to populate a pseudo-narrative of sex and fake sex problems, to further engage in obstruction of Justice and abuse of power. They are more interested in knowing if I am masturbating or not while I am lying down on my assigned bed area, after I blocked and rejected their multiple sex plots here at the shelter. So, this is not an investigation, but an abundance of schemes, the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division and the FBI itself are engaging in thwarting accountability and further undermining justice.

It is so important you all know that, the Federal bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division is encouraging all the violations, this same Fbi agent woman in engaging, and helping her to choke the truth, thwarting accountability and undermine justice.  

This same Fbi agent woman often tell her colleagues, and people, when they are found at fault in Court, she is sure the full weight of the law will turned against her. As a result, if she can't kill me, and evade by sea, she will proceed on killing a member of my biological families and self-destruct.

This matter can still be resolved amicably but on our terms, as a whole, in the court of law.

Let me be crystal clear, I am heterosexual; thus, I will never ever turn gay. I will never ever have sex with fleet of women. I will never ever sleep with a man in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
