Greetings, my fellow Americans,
I hope this message finds you enjoying a joyous and fulfilling start to April. I reach out with a profound sense of gratitude to share the pivotal responses from the United States Supreme Court, received on March 14th, 2025.
The Supreme Court of the United States response read:
" Dear Mr. Bopda,"
" The above-entitled petition for writ of certiorari was received February 21st, 2025. The papers are returned for the following reason (s):
-The petition is out of time,
It is essential to emphasize that our petition for writ of certiorari, submitted to the Supreme Court of the United States on February 21, 2025, was backed by compelling and concrete evidences—𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 in the context that the court did not deny our petition; however, based on merit, have allowed us to shift gears in our unwavering determination in seeking accountability and justice.
In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1911, the United States Supreme Court has affirmed that the $300 petition fee I submitted on February 21, 2025, was returned to me in good faith.
This response not only reinforces the Court’s recognition of our earnest pursuit of accountability and justice but also underscores the significant delays in legal proceedings instigated by the actions of the Fbi agent woman and her informants.
Furthermore, we unequivocally establish that the Federal Bureau of Investigation now bears full responsibility for the consequences of these actions:
(𝐢) Negligence,
(𝐢𝐢) Defamation of Characters.
It is important to note that the informants of the Fbi agent woman acted at her direction and both committed the following additional civil and criminal law violations:
(𝐢𝐢𝐢) Hate crimes, 18 U.S.C. 249,
(𝐢𝐯) Revenge Porn, 15 U.S.C. 6851,
(𝐯) Promotion or facilitation of prostitution and reckless disregard of sex trafficking, 18 U.S.C. 2421A,
(𝐯𝐢) Obstruction of Justice, 18 U.S.C. Chapter 73, 18 U.S.C. § 1503, § 1512, and § 1513,
(𝐯𝐢𝐢) Bribery of Public Officials and Witnesses,18 U.S.C. § 201,
(𝐯𝐢𝐢𝐢) Abuse of Office or Abuse of Power, 25 CFR § 11.448,
(𝐢𝐱) First Amendment Act,
(𝐱) Privacy Act 2020 Edition,
(𝐱𝐢) Fourth Amendment Act.
Pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C. § 2671, I have formally addressed the grievances arising from my complaint submitted on June 24, 2024, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inspection Division Office.
Despite the passage of 180 days without any response from the Fbi Inspection Division Office, it has become abundantly clear that the tortious actions of the Fbi agent woman and her informants have resulted in significant civil and criminal violations that have caused irreparable harm to us.
Acknowledging, given the circumstances, I hereby provide formal notice of my intent to initiate legal action against the Federal Bureau of Investigation on March 31, 2025.
I demanded appropriate reparations in conjunction with a substantive response by April 30, 2025.
For purpose of transparency, honesty and clarity, I've 𝐂𝐜: Attorney General of Department of Justice Office, Director of Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inspection Division office.
