2. On February 13, 2025, testimony was provided by Judge Janelle
Haverkamp that she did not instruct confidential government records to be given to anynon-government personnel.
3.This District Attorney's office has been provided with compelling evidence
that said testimony was untrue, and the confidential records were provided to non-government personnel by a member of Judge Janelle Haverkamp's court staff that was potentially captured by the security cameras in the courthouse in violation of Texas Government Code Sections 508.313 and 552.352.
4. On February 13, 2025, the District Attorney's office requested the video
footage from the courthouse from February 4, 2025, for times 10am to 5pm from IT member Darrell Hoberer. He then requested permission from County Judge John Roane to comply with our request. We at the District Attorney's Office are unaware of any authority that County Judge Roane has over the video footage at the courthouse.
However, we were informed that County Judge John Roane refused to comply with our request to view the courthouse footage.
(Subpoena for the video footage issued).
