What We are Asking for with this Petition

A Comprehensive Judicial Review: We urge a full review of all cases handled under the jurisdiction of Judges Janelle Haverkamp and John Morris, with particular attention to cases involving wrongful convictions, child removals, and other injustices.

The Resignation of Judges Janelle Haverkamp and John Morris: Given the grave concerns regarding their actions and decisions, we call for the resignation of both judges to restore trust and integrity to Cooke County’s judicial system.

Accountability for Misconduct: If these judges are found to have engaged in misconduct, we demand they be held accountable, with appropriate consequences for their actions.
