On July 29th my husband was shot in the face by the staff members in Lancaster prison. He was standing there in Dayton when a fight broke out 10 feet away from him and the staff shot my husband before shooting at the inmates fighting. He lost so much blood he collapsed 2 times and also was blue and cold it took them 5 hours before they took him to the hospital to seek medical attention. The drs at the hospital said he was shot with a bullet and not a block or foam round. I am demanding justice for my husband. He has been assaulted and now shot by these thugs they call CO’s.
