I am being challenged by officials that my advocacy was violating the rights of children under 12, though the CYFSA s. 125 it stipulates (12) and (13) for matters concern those minors under the age of 12 years old - that in asking for compliance to CYFSA s.125, or:

to assist to move my children to virtual schooling during the pandemic March 2020 to June 2022,
to relocate/out-of-district/virtual school from September 2022 to January 2024, and
the reasoning of refusing to provide resources to my children, and
the dissolution of their educational rights with working knowledge of bullying causing serious harm

is being misconstrued, as

advocating against children who were the victims of their own racism - whereby, applying section (12) and (13) to the victims - racialized children - who were the targets of bullying with racial slurs and bodily harm.

The dangers of distraction and becoming unfocussed is too evident here, that to acknowledge the train of thought that the processes have engaged clearly disregards the right of the victims of bullying and racism.

I have streamed my video of the administrative, emotional, and procedural abuse that to disregard my evidence and refuse to bring charges to professionals that are required to own their professional responsibility is abuse of the law - a violation of my human rights to have equality under the law, free from unlawful imprisonment, and to be free from torture in weaponizing mental health - in its failure to be impartial and to investigate the adults who are in non-compliance to CYFSA s.125 since 2018.

Every time I call the OPP, it is with more evidence. With mounting evidence the OPP refusal to investigate child abuse by BGCFS, the OPP charged me for wanting to stop the abuse of my children by Bruce Grey Child and Family Services.

The Code reads are follows:

Section 372 of the Criminal Code in Canada deals with harassing communications. According to this section:

False Information: Everyone commits an offence who, with intent to injure or alarm a person, conveys information that they know is false, or causes such information to be conveyed by letter or any means of telecommunication.
Indecent Communications: Everyone commits an offence who, with intent to alarm or annoy a person, makes an indecent communication to that person or to any other person by a means of telecommunication.
Harassing Communications: Everyone commits an offence who, without lawful excuse and with intent to harass a person, repeatedly communicates, or causes repeated communications to be made, with them by a means of telecommunication.

Demand the Crown to drop these charges, and investigate the child abuse my children are experiencing by Bruce Grey Child and Family Services.

Please support my petition. It cost no money.

It is BGCFS, who harasses my family with messages demanding entry into my home and access to my children, in non-compliance -"I want to see how you are coping."

If imprisoned, this is kidnapping in an attempt to subjugate my children by Bruce Grey Child and Family Services. My children are in danger.
