Child abuse in Canada is a Crime.
Bruce Grey Child and Family Services (BGCFS) and the failure of police protocol by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has threatened my life for years, in relying on the investigations done by Bruce Grey Child and Family Services' unlicensed caseworkers who have harassed my children for 5 years, obstructing an investigation into their organization.
Not actioning my education documents is denying the necessities for education, like course of control in an abusive relationship, controlling their resources and having my children be afraid of their privacy in their home and their school environments.
After demonstrating the inability and unlawfulness of the unlicensed caseworkers, I gained the support of decision-makers who assisted to provide education resources in January 2024 after observing 5 years under investigations by BGCFS.
Although registered in school during January 2024, the charges brought by OPP and BGCFS came about from a meeting on February 28, 2024 to discuss their concerns, of their own doing, to the dissolution of my children's education in the Province of Ontario harassing me, the mother - calling me an unfit mother.
Moreso, it is an incoherent meeting and case - it is criminalizing me for advocating for my children - when my children are victims of bullying and caseworker abuse when the educational resources were never assisted, or a path/access to justice by my processes in accordance to Child Youth Family Services Act s.125

I am harassed by the processes to subjugate my children to normalize violence as part of being racialized population in Canada, that discrimination happens and to normalize the trauma that history of people experience are a normal part of our role in history.
I disagree to normalize bullying and bullying in my processes, 90% of people do not act with anti-social behavior towards people who are racialized and to normalize the behavior of 10% of people is not a logical mathematical finding. It is time to demand an investigation into Bruce Grey Child and Family Services before the petition is taken from me by not having representation in the Province of Ontario in Canada.
