Please be advised of the concerns I raise regarding the obstacles to employment and the ability to "afford my children", a venomous comment, resulting from an abused process. 

Of the most vehemently baneful comments are the challenge to my ability to make decisions as a racialized women for my children in listening to their needs. Yet, an unlicensed caseworker acknowledges the duration of non-compliance and disregard for actioning meaningful documents, as "it was a long time ago, right?". Further, her attempt to question if my children want to live with me, or go to school; yet, my solutions are disregard and my children are abused within my home with name-calling and insults. 

For 5 years, BGCFS has weaponized mental health concerns and when I address my Mental Health Assets (1993) the caseworkers will insist no such thing exist. I have videologged myself for 5 years and publically streamed my concerns for 12 months where I am present in my moment and advocating without resources in my processes. However, do not be fooled by this foolery.

At the heart of this concern - of the non-compliance to CYFSA s.125 (1),(2),(6),(7),(8),(9),(12),(13);s.2;s.3;s.5;;s.6;s.8 and the weaponizing of mental health concerns to subjugate our human rights, vexaousness in refusing basic administrative tools afforded by legislation in compliance, permanently establishing obstacles to employment, and the refusal of resources to be self-reliant - is a hate crime. 

All of the investigations completed by organizations mandated within the MCCSS are in non-compliance to CYFSA s.125 (1),(2),(6),(7),(8),(9),(12),(13);s.2;s.3;s.5;;s.6;s.8 have evidence of a hate crime that has gone unreported. The recommendations to me have required of me to proceed in vexaous processes that circumvent compliance to CYFSA s.125 (1),(2),(6),(7),(8),(9),(12),(13);s.2;s.3;s.5;;s.6;s.8; whereby, providing a path that proliferates systemic racism, empathy to discriminatory practices, and attempts to supersede legislation in CYFSA s.125 (1),(2),(6),(7),(8),(9),(12),(13);s.2;s.3;s.5;;s.6;s.8.
