My wife and I bought PUMA EVO Voltaic shoes at $100 per pair—a price that promises quality and durability. Yet, after only 6–8 months of light use, both pairs ripped in the exact same spot, proving these shoes are poorly designed or made with cheap materials.
When we complained, PUMA refused to:
Investigate the clear design flaw,
Replace the defective shoes,
Or issue refunds.
Instead, they offered a 30% discount on future purchases—as if we’d trust PUMA again after this waste of $200. Their generic responses show they don’t care about customers, only profits.
This Is Unacceptable
For $100 per pair, we expect shoes that last more than a few months. PUMA is selling overpriced, low-quality products and ignoring complaints. We demand accountability!
