Demand Instagram to Stop Censoring and Discriminating Against Indigenous American #Niiji

Demand Instagram to Stop Censoring and Discriminating Against Indigenous American #Niiji
The Issue
My personal journey with Instagram, a platform owned by Meta Platforms LLC, has been increasingly one of struggle and frustration. Multiple accounts I've created have been suspended or disabled, stifling the voices of those I, and many others, represent – the Indigenous American #Niiji people. Time and again, we find our comments removed and our freedom to share our knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of life on Turtle Island (also known as the Americas) impeded.
The infringement upon our rights from Instagram does not merely affect my community and I, it affects the very balance of our shared history and collective wisdom. It seems Instagram's censorship is unevenly distributed; a fact that becomes painfully apparent when considering how often it targets indigenous communities, furthering their marginalization in online spaces.
Life on Turtle Island is rich in history and cultural significance, a fact that needs to be shared not silenced. In essence, the censorship and discrimination we face from Instagram equal an erasure of the Indigenous American #Niiji from the global digital sphere.
How to prove breach of fiduciary duty?
Some of the evidence that can be used to prove a breach of fiduciary duty include;
Financial records.
***Witness testimony (Other #Niijis Accts Violated)
*Communication records(Screenshots of Violation)
**Pattern of behavior (CensorShip of #Niijis)
*Expert witnesses (Repeated #Niijis Violated)
.
We call on Instagram to reassess their policies, particularly as it pertains to the Indigenous American #Niiji people, to enhance inclusivity and ensure freedom of expression. We demand Instagram and its parent company, Meta Platforms LLC, to acknowledge and mend the ongoing infringement upon our rights. Sign this petition to join our fight against censorship and discrimination. Let's tell Instagram that our voices matter and our stories deserve to be heard.
