Update on My May 4–5, 2026 Election Complaints

I want to provide an update regarding the election complaints I filed on May 4–5, 2026 concerning electioneering and campaign sign damage at the Crossroads Church early voting location in Madison County, Indiana.

These complaints were not filed lightly. They involved serious concerns about conduct near an active voting location, campaign activity inside or near the chute, and damage to campaign signs and flags. Voters deserve polling locations that are fair, neutral, and free from intimidation, favoritism, or selective enforcement.

Instead of those complaints being promptly and fairly addressed, they appear to have been ignored, delayed, or left unresolved. Meanwhile, false and retaliatory claims against me were expedited through political channels and used to attack my reputation, my elected delegate status, and the 1,285 voters who supported me.

That is the problem.

Election complaints based on documented facts should not be buried while politically convenient allegations are rushed forward. Election rules should apply equally to everyone — candidates, party officials, elected officials, campaign workers, and voters alike.

The public has a right to know:

Why were my May 4–5, 2026 complaints regarding electioneering and campaign sign damage not fully adjudicated?

Why were complaints involving my opponents and politically connected individuals not treated with the same urgency as complaints filed against me?

Why were voters who supported me effectively punished because party insiders did not like the outcome?

Why were 1,285 voters disenfranchised while legitimate election complaints remain unanswered?

This is bigger than me. This is about election integrity, voter confidence, and whether local political organizations and election officials are willing to follow the rules even when the facts are uncomfortable.

Every voter in Madison County should be concerned when documented complaints are ignored, but retaliatory political action is fast-tracked. That is not accountability. That is not transparency. That is not election integrity.

I will continue asking for my complaints to be properly reviewed, adjudicated, and answered in writing. I will also continue standing up for the 1,285 voters whose votes should not be erased, discounted, or disrespected because of local political retaliation.

Please continue to share this petition and demand transparency, equal enforcement, and accountability in Madison County elections.
