It is time for the greater area to secede from Missoula County. We have had enough of the over taxation, the mismanagement of funds and the county paying for Missoula's agenda. The people of the greater outlying area feel that their goals and direction do not coincide with the direction that Missoula and Missoula county is going. We wish to secede and create our own county. 

By signing and sharing this petition you are creating awareness of the issue and allowing us to find who supports the proposed seceding from Missoula County. 

If this isn't for you, I understand. I am frustrated with all of the tax hikes and lack of considerations and services for the outlying areas. I feel I have to do something, so this is a start. We understand this is an uphill battle and will likely take 3-5 years to get this done, if it is possible, but we need to know if people are behind our efforts. If seceding from Missoula county is something they desire or would vote for if we can get it to ballot!

Talk to all of your friends and family in Missoula County about how this would be so much better for us and that for the first time,  we will be able to get the services we need. If this goes to a vote, we will need as many of our Missoula County friends and family voting in our favor.
