The Animal Resource Center (ARC) has been established to play a pivotal role in looking after the welfare of animals. However, there has been growing concern regarding the inability of the board of directors and the management team of the ARC to perform these responsibilities effectively. Persistent poor management, lack of transparency, and numerous allegations of neglect demand immediate attention. It has been brought to light that there are several animals at the center that are not receiving the care and attention they desperately need. We believe that animals, like humans, have rights to live a life free from suffering and it is alarming to witness such instances of negligence at a place explicitly designed to protect them. This petition demands the immediate resignation of the board of directors and the management team at the Animal Resource Center. When new and competent management is placed, we believe that the welfare of the animals can be better looked after. We put forth our serious concerns, not to accuse, but to ensure that the welfare of the animals is not compromised.
