Demand Immediate Protection, Fair Treatment, Urgent Rest, and the Reinstatement of Heeseung to ENHYPEN

We, the global fandom of ENHYPEN (ENGENE), are writing this petition with deep concern, gravity, and urgency regarding the ongoing safety violations, extreme exhaustion, and systemic mistreatment that the members of ENHYPEN face.

Take notice that the fandom is no longer passive. Due to the agency's repeated failure to protect and fairly treat the artists, fans have officially initiated active boycotts against current and upcoming projects. We are united, organized, and fully prepared to withhold our financial support and engagement from company-driven content until visible, concrete structural changes are made. We can no longer stay silent while the members’ physical and mental well-being, artistic potential, and careers are actively compromised for corporate gain.

Key Issues and Recent Alarming Incidents:

Systemic Failure of Airport Security and Bodyguard Protocols Since Debut:

   The company’s lack of a reliable, protective bodyguard system is an ongoing issue that the members have been forced to face since day one. The failure to secure proper boundaries during travel has reached a dangerous tipping point.

 Recent Bangkok Incident: Most recently, when the members arrived in Bangkok, Thailand for an event, they were provided with virtually no effective security at the airport, causing them to be heavily mobbed by chaotic crowds yet again.

 Airport Safety Breaches: This comes alongside other recent, terrifying examples, such as Heeseung being left incredibly vulnerable, getting physically trapped and mobbed while trying to navigate massive airport crowds just to reach his vehicle.

   These are only recent examples of a flawed system. This pattern of leaving our artists unprotected has been consistently followed by the company since debut, and we demand an immediate end to this negligent handling of their physical safety.

Severe Privacy Violations and Harassment at Hotels:

   The boundaries of the members' private spaces are being continuously crossed. Recently, Sunghoon was subjected to invasive harassment inside his own hotel while simply waiting for the elevator to go to his room. Despite making his discomfort completely obvious by giving the individual a direct, warning stare, the person refused to stop filming him. This blatant disrespect for privacy inside what should be a secure environment highlights a critical failure in artist protection.

 Extreme Overwork and Non-Stop Touring Since Debut:

   Since their debut, ENHYPEN has been subjected to a relentless, grueling cycle of continuous global tours, comebacks, promotions, and media appearances with virtually no time to recover. The physical toll is undeniable. The members have frequently looked visibly uncomfortable, exhausted, and in pain while on stage. Furthermore, the boys themselves have openly and loudly expressed their extreme fatigue and discomfort during live broadcasts multiple times. They are human beings, not machines. We demand that the management grant the members a formal, extended hiatus to rest, heal, and recuperate.

 Underutilization, Lack of Solo Promotions, and Unfair Treatment:

   Fans have voiced profound frustration over the persistent underutilization and restriction of individual members, with Sunoo and Ni-ki frequently at the center of mistreatment discussions:

  Vocal Opportunities and Solo Releases: Despite being a remarkably strong and distinct vocalist, Sunoo faces a severe, perceived lack of vocal opportunities in the group's discography and a lack of support for solo vocal cover releases.

 Restricted Individual Brand Deals: The company has been heavily criticized for allegedly restricting individual group brand deals and solo promotions. Compared to other groups under the same parent company, ENHYPEN members are not granted the proper, high-profile individual brand deals, solo magazine features, or individual public promotions that they rightly deserve.

 Our Core Demands:

 1. A Fully Overhauled Bodyguard and Security System: Deploy highly trained, professional security teams for every single arrival, departure, and public schedule globally. The "no bodyguard" environment must end immediately to guarantee our artists are protected.

 2. A Scheduled Period of Rest (Hiatus): Immediately halt non-essential schedules and tours to allow the members a prolonged period of rest to prioritize their mental and physical health.

 3. Support for Individual Growth and Fair Promotions: Actively secure and allow proper individual brand deals, solo endorsements, and promotional opportunities for the members. Provide Sunoo, Ni-ki, and all members with fair creative avenues, including a fair distribution of vocal lines and dedicated support for individual solo cover releases.

 4. Legal Action against Harassers: Take aggressive legal action against stalkers (sasaengs) and boundary-violators who compromise the group's safety at airports and hotels.

CRITICAL STATEMENT: Stop the Marketing Strategies & Ensure Heeseung is Present

This final section must be read and addressed immediately by BELIFT LAB and HYBE leadership:

ENHYPEN started as seven members, and the global fandom firmly stands by the absolute necessity of an OT7 lineup. Based on a thorough analysis of the recent situation, the fandom has raised serious concerns regarding Heeseung's current status and positioning within the group's active promotions.

If this situation is being used as a calculated marketing strategy by the company to manipulate fan emotions, stir controversy, or drive up engagement to gain more attention, fans, and profit—this strategy must be stopped immediately.

Corporate experimentation should never come at the expense of an artist's career, a group's integrity, or the trust of a global fandom. We demand total corporate transparency. If any internal tactics are keeping him from his rightful, fair place in the group, those tactics must end now. Heeseung must be fully, unconditionally present and treated fairly alongside all members. ENHYPEN is, and always will be, seven members.

Final Notice to Management: The Boycott Will Continue

Let it be entirely clear:  the global fandom will continue to actively boycott company projects, merchandise, and upcoming releases until every single demand listed in this petition is fully and satisfactorily met.

We will not back down, and we will not break our stance. Our financial power and engagement will remain withheld until BELIFT LAB and HYBE prove they can protect, value, and respect ENHYPEN as human beings and artists.

Stop using the members for manipulative marketing experiments, protect our artists with a proper security system, support their individual promotions, give ENHYPEN the fair treatment and rest they deserve, and ensure Heeseung is right where he belongs. We will keep this up until our demands are done.
