The people of the U.S. Virgin Islands are in a state of emergency, but  Governor Bryan will not respond or seek federal support due to possible mismanagement of funds and resources.

Residents of the USVI are experiencing dire circumstances due to a continuous output failure at the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority (WAPA) power plant. Our power grid is barely functioning. We are living in hazardous conditions and our businesses have lost revenues. The consistent lack of electricity poses a threat to our security and well-being. The utility infrastructure has broken down, and there are ZERO funds to fix the issue, yet the Governor has been SILENT. 

This is more than personal — this dire situation is affecting EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the US Virgin Islands, both residents and tourist. We urgently need federal assistance to restore power, ensure public safety, and stabilize our economy.
