As a Palestinian, I have witnessed the devastating loss of life in Gaza. Thousands of innocent people have died - children, women, the disabled, elderly and men. This petition calls for an immediate ceasefire on Gaza and urges all countries to vote yes on this crucial matter.

The Israeli government under Prime Minister Netanyahu has been accused of violating international law during this genocide of the Palestinian people. It's time that these allegations are thoroughly investigated by impartial international bodies.

The Israeli government has violated 28 International laws, and has gotten away with it. The Israeli government’s usage of White Phosphorus, has hurt thousands. Israeli government broke international law by bombing hospitals and targeting civilians.

According to data from the United Nations Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), since 2008 more than 3,800 Palestinians have been killed in the context of hostilities in Gaza Strip alone (source: OCHA). This includes hundreds of children whose lives were cut short due to violence.
