It is only fair for a company that boasts about its high-quality manufacturing and customer care. It's an issue not limited to a few models but a wide range of Honda vehicles. Consumers buy Honda for its reliability; however, this defect seriously undermines their confidence and trust in Honda. We demand that Honda lives up to its reputation for quality and customer care, acknowledging this defect and organizing a recall to replace the faulty gaskets.
