The Issue
We demand PROSECUTORS give JAIL TIME to Bronson Valencia.
As one of many animal rescuers in Hawaii , I am deeply distressed by the ongoing cases of animal abuse in our state. We have made a police report. The public is outraged and we need your help to bring justice for these innocent Dogs as well as cats and all living creatures. . We are calling on the Hawaii Police Department (HPD) to investigate and issue a warrant for the arrest of Bronson Valencia, who himself documented and posted videos kicking and beating his own dog and threatening to shoot and kill her and even attack anyone who dares challenge him. while inflicting horrifying abuse on animals. This includes kicking a helpless dog until it was gasping for air. We believe this dog is PREGNANT . Which should count as multiple offenses by law enforcement. By Bronson’s own admission he states he will “shoot his dog in her f head”. Bronson proudly boasts his hate for his dog on video thereby incriminating himself.
In recent months, there have been numerous reports of animals being shot, hanged, stabbed and kicked in our state. These acts are not only cruel but also illegal under Hawaii's strict animal cruelty laws which classify severe animal cruelty as a Class C felony punishable by imprisonment (Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 711-1109).
We demand that Hawaii Police Dept conduct wellness checks on all animals under Mr. Valencia's care and seize any pets found on his property until further notice. We also insist that felony charges be filed against him so that he can face appropriate legal consequences.
