An establishment that formerly held a strong reputation for its maintenance and care of these majestic creatures now seems to be suffering from serious filtration issues. The water quality, detrimental to their survival - their breath - appears to be deteriorating. Countless studies have proven a correlation between subpar living conditions and increased mortality rates among captive dolphins. For instance, a report from the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society shows that dolphins in captivity have a higher mortality rate than those in the wild.

Now, more than ever, it is clear that these dolphins deserve the freedom to live in their natural habitats. They should not be condemned to a questionable future due to the negligence of their captors. We must require Gulf World to accept responsibility for the welfare of these dolphins.
