Our personal journey as XL Bully owners puts us at the center of a heartbreaking reality. Like us, many devoted and responsible owners are facing the horrifying prospect that our government is offered money to euthanize these wonderful pets instead of providing affordable alternatives like neutering or exemption for cherished family pets.

The XL Bully breed, much like any pet, depends on the kindness, education, and responsibility of its owners. We believe our beloved pets deserve to live happily in a loving environment, not be threatened by government-funded programs encouraging euthanization.

The imbalance here is the government is willing to fund euthanization yet not willing to contribute anything towards neutering or exemption! this creates a dangerous precedent, thus encouraging the termination of innocent lives instead of their preservation. 

We ask our government to promote responsible ownership by supporting efforts that preserve the lives of our pets rather than ending them. The solution should not be to eliminate these beautiful animals but to foster responsibility and care among pet owners. Encouraging neutering over euthanization would lead to decreased pet overpopulation, helping ensure that every XL Bully can have the loving home they deserve.
