Demand full disclosure and prosecution of the Jeffrey Epstein network

Demand full disclosure and prosecution of the Jeffrey Epstein network
The Issue
Petition for Redress: Full Disclosure and Prosecution of the Jeffrey Epstein Network
To: The President of the United States, the Attorney General of the United States, and the Members of the 119th United States Congress.
I. Statement of Purpose
We, the citizens of the United States, invoke our First Amendment right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. We formally express our lack of confidence in the current handling of the Jeffrey Epstein investigative files and the perceived failure to prosecute high-level co-conspirators and enablers. We demand the immediate transition from "transparency through document dumps" to active criminal prosecution.
II. Findings of Grievance
Non-Compliance with the Law: Despite the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act in late 2025, the Department of Justice continues to withhold or excessively redact critical information under the guise of "privacy," while simultaneously failing to protect the identities of the victims (as evidenced by the January 2026 redaction failures).
Lack of Accountability: Millions of pages have been released, yet no new federal indictments have been issued against the "clients" or "enablers" identified within these records. The American people view this as a selective application of justice.
Systemic Failure: For decades, the federal government failed to act on credible leads (dating back to the 1996 complaints). The current "document dump" appears to be an attempt to satisfy public outcry without pursuing the actual perpetrators.
III. Formal Demands for Action
We, the undersigned, call upon the Federal Government to:
Appoint an Independent Special Counsel: Establish a non-partisan Special Counsel with the sole mandate of investigating and prosecuting every individual—regardless of wealth or political status—against whom there is "probable cause" of involvement in Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring.
Cease Arbitrary Redactions: Comply with the full spirit of the Epstein Files Transparency Act by removing redactions that shield the identities of powerful associates, while ensuring 100% protection for the names and PII of the victims.
Public Congressional Hearings: Conduct open, televised hearings where DOJ and FBI leadership must testify under oath regarding why specific individuals identified in the files have not been charged.
A "Zero Tolerance" Mandate: Direct the DOJ to prioritize the arrest and prosecution of child exploiters and their facilitators as a matter of national security and public trust.
IV. Closing Declaration
The integrity of the American legal system depends on the principle that no one is above the law. Justice for the victims of Jeffrey Epstein cannot be achieved through paper alone; it requires the active prosecution of those who facilitated, participated in, and covered up these crimes. We will not accept silence as an answer.
Signed, The People of the United States
