Title: A Call for Change: Investigating Wisconsin's Foster Care System**

In the heart of Wisconsin, a an advocate named Kimberly had always been passionate about social justice. Growing up in a small town, she had seen firsthand the struggles of children in the foster care system, primarily because she was in the foster care system and was later adopted by her foster parents and then grew up to be a foster parent herself.. Inspired by the recent developments in Texas, where a federal court had removed Judge Janis Jack after years of oversight, Kimberly felt a spark of hope. Perhaps it was time for Wisconsin to take a closer look at its own foster care system.

Kimberly began her journey by researching the Texas case. She learned how Judge Jack had fought tirelessly for the rights of children, exposing systemic failures and advocating for necessary reforms. The federal court's decision to remove her was a stark reminder of the challenges faced by those who dared to challenge the status quo.  Kimberly was undeterred; she believed that Wisconsin's children deserved the same level of scrutiny and care.

With a notebook full of ideas, Kimberly reached out to local advocacy groups, social workers, and even former foster children. She organized community meetings, inviting people to share their experiences and concerns about the foster care system in Wisconsin. The stories poured in—tales of neglect, inadequate resources, and a lack of support for both foster families and the children in their care. Each story fueled Kimberly's determination to push for change.

One evening, as she sat in her living room surrounded by stacks of notes and reports, Kimberly had a breakthrough. She decided to draft a petition calling for a comprehensive investigation into Wisconsin's foster care system. The petition would demand transparency, accountability, and a commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children. With the support of her community, she hoped to gather enough signatures to present to state officials. This doesn't even cover or get into the 6 million dollar deficit Manitowoc County alone one County has and a deficit and City councilman Bob ziegelbauer wants homeowners to foot the bill by raising their property taxes 30%.. The $6 million dollar deficit is on top of the TITLE 4E FEDERAL FUNDING as well as a hodgepodge of State  Funding...

Where is all this money going?  I'll tell you where it's going, it's not going to provide our most vulnerable services.

It's going to doctor shopping so that they can find and pay for the right person that will tell them the child's abusing to stay out of the home. You see The Department of family services receives anywhere from $4,000 to $12,000 per child per month so if you have a family of four and every child is receiving $12,000 a month you do the math it's not cheap so why would they ever want to give kids back when that's kind of money that's rolling in.  It's a nation's largest trafficking organization Ponzi scheme embezzlement money laundering racketeering all of those is what's going on here.

Kimberly launched a social media campaign, sharing her vision and the stories of those affected by the system. The hashtag #WisconsinFosterCareReform Kimberly hopes to get the #WisconsinFosterCareReform beginning to trend, drawing attention from local news outlets and even state legislators. As the movement has started gaining momentum, Kimberly receives messages of support from across the state, including foster parents, social workers, and advocates who had long felt unheard.

When this petition is ready, Kimberly Will be organizing a rally at the state capitol in Madison with a megaphone in hand shouting "Today, we stand together for the children of Wisconsin!" "We demand an investigation into our fostercare system.
