I’ve been talking about family court corruption and most of you are probably asking why the state would want to take you kids from you if they are not being abused??
well it’s simple the federal gov gives states federal funds to pay for foster care adoptions to foster parents and administration costs.
if they don’t have foster children they don’t make any where from $4000.-12000. Per child per month.
now we are not all idiots it doesn’t cost that kind of money per child per mo so what happens to the rest of the money. It goes for profit incentives and bonuses.
you would thing the department of health and human services would be a non profit organization and you would be wrong.
they have a ticker on the new York stock exchange. So the amount of money a person makes is dependent on foster children continue to grow. If less children go into foster care this yr than last yr then the amount of money received this yr will be less.
so what is the incentive to reunify families or to work with families to be able to keep children in their home. Their is none.
For example if you remove a child from a drug addict the goal is always to reunify first and if that can’t be done then family is always supposed next with adoption to always be a last resort. However Adoptions are always the back up plan because the state don’t get paid to place with family and for reunification they sabotage that too. That’s how they pave the way for adoption. Think of this if they take a child from a drug addict if they try to reunify by having them take parenting classes drug treatment mental health treatment all that cost money. So the put on paper all these things the parent has to do to get their children back, but then tell the court the parents are not complying with the reunification plan so they move to tpr.
Oh don’t think the courts are off the hook, they make sure the parent is unable to prove cps is lying by denying them due process the right to be heard, the right to call witnesses or even cross examine the social worker.
