The purpose of this petition is to remove title 4E Federal Funding that is being used to traffick American children, if I can’t do that then it needs to be written to close the loop holes that allow these funds be given to states for Fostercare, adoption and administration cost. There is absolutely no accountability there are eligibility requirements to qualify for these funds. 
what good it to have eligibility requirement rules if there is no place to report violations. I spoke with Cindy Lowder who is the gate keeper of the federal funds for Wi,ILL, Indiana and Michigan Oh and tribes. When I reported to her the misuse of federal funds her response to me is they don’t audit when people call in they only audit the cases cps gives them when they request five files.

I said oh I see so they can give you files that have no issues. I’m telling you what cases are being abused and you don’t want to audit them because you don’t want to report misused federal funds.

so I recommend if you are familiar with title 4E federal funding and how it’s abusing your children or you, I recommend everyone that lives in her jurisdiction call her the more people that call her the more likely she will be to do her job.
