Let me be clear there is a needs for cps, however that train has been derailed by blood money known as title 4E Federal funding and bonuses to take children and place them for adoption without any evidence they were ever abused!!

Refusing to make any efforts to reunify which is required to even qualify for the federal funds, and in the event the children would not be safe returned to the home then family is always supposed to be looked at before adoption.

I can speak for myself, there has never been any evidence I abused my grandchildren and although I’m the only one accused of abusing them without a referral on the parents they are being denied all access to their biological children. Although there is family wanting all 4 children, they’ve chosen adoption for 3 and grandfather for one splitting up the sibling group. We are talking 12 yrs old 2- 10yr olds and a 5 yr old all of which are extremely bonded to their family and are at an age they know where they come from. The grandfather who took the 10 old girl also wanted the 5 yr old girl and was denied and the 5 yr old was moved to an adoptive foster home. This is criminal how can they  justify giving one girl to the grandfather but not the other. I will tell you why, because they COERCED the mother into letting go of the baby the 5 yr old in exchange for them placing the 10 yr old with her father. This way they get 3 bonuses for the two boys and other girl. When the foster parents adopt them.

I cannot effect change on my own, we all need to rise up to this challenge and let them know we are not idiots and we have rights and refuse to lay down and take it as they act criminally by acting under color of law and becoming a trespasser of law.
