Change the Education System.
The Issue
**Everyone must read and realize what actually our education trains us and the reason behind our education system**
The Change in Indian Education System- Need of an hour.
Education System:
Education system is the backbone a nation. A citizen is quite trained up more than 20 years in an educational institution. The way of life he was going to live in the society is mainly depends on the education he got in that institution. The institution is training him up starting from the age of 2 and till 25 that’s what we are saying is the education is the very heart for a citizen to act in this society.
Indian Education System:
Our Indian Education System is firstly designed by Lord Thomas Babington Macaulay on 1883 based on his proposal to the British Parliament on feb 2nd is given below.
“ I have travelled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one who is a beggar, who is a thief such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such caliber, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage and therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ANCIENT EDUCATION SYSTEM, her CULTURE, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their SELFESTEEM, their NATIVE CULTURE and they will become what we want them, a truly DOMINATED nation”.
Macaulay’s proposal makes us think about our country’s current situation that how we have been forgetting our culture, how we are working as slaves in foreign countries and other states. Lord Macaulay and British have won by making us a true dominated nation.
In India having Youngsters more than 65% in which many youngsters who are still trained up by this Education System, in that- educated unemployed youngsters are growing faster and they are falling in their economic status. Already our country is a poor country, because of this education system our country is going down and there will be mass increases in educated unemployed youngsters by 2020 which lead us fall in poor status.
Our Education System is the best education system in the world to manufacture extraordinary perfect slaves to those developed countries and corporate companies not because we Indians are selfish, our System trains up this extra-curricular skill how to be selfish.
How our Education system should be:
1. It should be more practical oriented than theory oriented.
2. It should me in three language system.
3. System of medium should be in mother tongue of every state.
4. Compulsory martial arts for girls should be given.
5. Pepper spray should be given to all girls by the institution or by the government.
6. Basic laws, Consumer rights, RTI act should be included in the system.
7. Mother culture should be followed twice per month.
8. Foreign culture (wearing shoe, tie, blazers) must be completely cancelled and it’ll we made optional for the students.
9. Since we have 60% youngsters more topics including life history of Bhagat singh, Subhash Chandra Bose, Jansi Rani, VOC, E.V.Ramasamy(Thanthai Periyar) Kodikaatha Kumran, Che Guevara etc
10. Must include Inspirational poets
11. Must include history of many Great kings rule in lessons instead of empty stories.
12. Every topic should be updated with recent technology and science.
13. Extra-curricular should be made compulsory depending on the student’s interest.
14. Muggup system like internal marks, 3 topic idea etc should be cancelled and include learning and applying of all topic in practical manner.
15. Attendance should be changed to 30% class attendance, 40% field/practical attendance and 30% extra-curricular attendance.
16. Marks should be changed to 30% class/theory marks, 40% field/practical marks and 30% extra-curricular marks.
17. Election should be conducted by students every year.
18. Focus on skill based education
19. Reward creativity, original thinking, research and innovation
20.Get smarter people to teach
21. Implement massive technology infrastructure for education
22. Re-define the purpose of the education system
23. Sex education should be given.
Education system relates with country’s development:
1. Education system must develop skills and talent of an individual.
2. Education system makes him involve in the production to increase Indian products.
3. By involving in the production there by increase in job opportunities, business opportunities etc.
4. Results in demand for the educated and uneducated employees.
5. Since we are world’s one of the biggest market, it’s easy in selling of Indian products.
6. Making 100% Indian products helps in growth of our country.
7. If production increases such that science and technology develops at the speed.
8. Increase in economic development of every individual.
9. Decreases in people below poverty line.
10. Decreases in social crimes.
11. Increase in social economic development.
12. There by results in development of the nation.
It will be clearer about my point only by adding extra topic to this that relates Education System and country development. Remember these points must.
*India has more than 110 million of peoples so called as 2nd largest market place for many companies to sell their products with heavy competition in India.
*We have many educated unemployed youngsters, so MNC companies have many choices to choose the best they wanted for very low salary, if he’s demanding for salary or anything that it would be bad way for his survival yet many youngsters waiting for very low salary (i.e. we have no way for demand them).
*We are having only more or less 12% product production in India, other 88% products that we are using day-to-day life is other country’s products (China, England, America etc.).
*As India is highly populated country selling of products through advertisement (through celebrity) and sponsorship is the current trend (IPL, Chanel program sponsorship, Advertisement etc.)
*These MNC’s are using our natural resource, human resource etc. and producing best products then they are selling it all to us and finally taking more profits to their nation (Involving in development of their country through capitalism policy).
Finally, it’s our duty to demand and change the Education System. No one is going to rise unless we demand for us. This is not just an education system. This is our future and millions of poor Indian’s hope. This is our country’s future. We have to take a decision and move forward for our demand. We are the change, never forget our change starts here.
