I am writing to formally request the immediate removal of Elon Musk as CEO of Tesla, Inc. due to significant conflicts of interest and multiple violations of federal and California laws. His continued leadership poses a direct risk to the integrity, reputation, and financial stability of Tesla.

Elon Musk has engaged in unethical and potentially illegal behavior, including but not limited to:

• Conflicts of Interest: He has used Tesla’s resources, personnel, and brand influence to benefit his other ventures, often at the expense of Tesla shareholders.
• Regulatory Violations: Musk has repeatedly disregarded SEC regulations, manipulated Tesla’s stock price through misleading public statements, and interfered with governmental proceedings.
• Unethical Business Practices: His actions undermine Tesla’s credibility, exposing the company to significant legal liabilities and regulatory scrutiny.
• Legal Breaches in California: Musk has violated multiple labor and business laws in California, exposing Tesla to potential lawsuits and penalties.

Given these severe breaches of ethical and legal responsibilities, I have already notified the California Attorney General’s office about his actions. Tesla’s continued association with Musk threatens not only its financial stability but also its ability to operate within the bounds of the law.

As members of the Board, you have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of Tesla and its shareholders. Allowing Musk to remain as CEO endangers the company’s future and undermines investor confidence. I urge you to take immediate action to remove him from his leadership position and ensure Tesla operates with integrity, compliance, and transparency moving forward.
