We, the concerned residents of Oceanside, NY refuse to turn a blind eye to the alarming disregard for safety protocols exhibited by many of the Guardian Bus school bus drivers. The safety of our children and individuals with special needs is non-negotiable, and immediate action must be taken to address this critical issue.

Over the years there have been over 144 lawsuits involving Guardian Bus Comany and 489 lawsuits involving Logan Bus Company who own Guardian Bus Company this is public knowledge and can be confirmed by looking them up via New York State Public Records. In dismemberment, and death. We as a community would like Guardian Bus to follow up with all complaints that are called in and official reports documenting all incidents and that they comply with all New York State Safety and VAT protocols. We urge Guardian Bus to set higher standards and practices regarding the drivers they hire. 

• Guardian Bus Company is the Long Island division of Logan Bus Company, a family-owned school bus company that provides transportation for students in New York State. Guardian Bus Company's mission is to provide safe and reliable transportation for students, and they offer a variety of services, including:
  * General education transportation
  * Pre-school bus transportation
  * Special needs transportation
  * Field trips
  * Custom charter needs
  * Transportation for adults with disabilities

We demand that all Guardian Bus Company drivers prioritize the safety of their passengers by enforcing stringent safety protocols for their bus drivers. These protocols must include, but not be limited to:

1. Full compliance with New York State and Government safety guidelines.

2. Implementation of rigorous training and safety protocols for all drivers.

3. Regular drug testing and thorough monitoring of drivers' Motor Vehicle Reports.

4. Swift and decisive disciplinary action for drivers found in violation of safety policies.

5. Implement backround checks of drivers and ensuring they are completed properly and thoroughly reviewed.

Transparency and accountability within school bus companies are also paramount. Every complaint and incident involving bus drivers must be thoroughly investigated, documented, and resolved with urgency.

We commend the dedicated bus drivers who uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism. However, it is imperative that we take a stand against those who fail to meet these standards and jeopardize the well-being of our community.
