The Issue

Elon Musk, a prominent businessman and tech entrepreneur, is using his access to power and information in ways that undermine American interests. Reports state that Musk has illegally obtained personally identifiable information of all American citizens and leaked classified government data to adversaries. This initiates a vicious cycle that continuously weakens the infrastructure and security of our nation.

Musk's actions, if validated, severely violate the Individual Privacy Act. The Act, enacted in 1974, protects the information of U.S. citizens from unlawful use or disclosure, safeguarding our right to privacy. Such an unauthorised act not only breaches a crucial law but also infringes upon the unwavering trust we place in influential figures like him.

Furthermore, leaking classified government details to those hostile to the U.S. potentially undermines national security. The Espionage Act of 1917 strictly prohibits the transmission of information intending to interfere with military operations or aid a foreign nation at war with the U.S.

Elon Musk is subject to revocation of naturalization due to his affiliation with Vladimir Putin and right-wing extremists worldwide. His words and actions have demonstrated no attachment to the Constitution and no evidence of being well-disposed to the good order and happiness of the United States. In fact, he has acted against the best interests of this country and its citizens.

While our nation cherishes the principles of free speech and transparency, these liberties should not be exploited to compromise the confidentiality, security, and faith of the American people. Therefore, for the privacy rights of all Americans and to ensure the sanctity of our nation's classified data, we collectively call for the revocation of Elon Musk's American citizenship. Let us stand together against this flagrant abuse of power and protect our nation's values and security system. Please sign the petition.
