Petition:
Justice for Jessica Paige Kemp: Demand FBI Involvement Amid Signs of Foul Play and Serious GCSO

Concerns:
Jessica Paige Kemp, a 32-year-old woman (4’10”, 100-110 pounds, dyed red hair, brown eyes), vanished from a campsite near Lake Ashbaugh in the Dave Donaldson Wildlife Management Area, Greene County, Arkansas, on or around May 5, 2025.

Her car, purse, phone, and tent were found abandoned, but despite over 200 man-hours of searches by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) using drones, boats, and sonar, Jessica remains missing. Her family, including her mother, Sandy Kemp, and fiancé, Paden Raburn, are desperate for answers.

The community is deeply troubled by mounting concerns that suggest foul play in Jessica’s disappearance. The last known person to see Jessica alive was a Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy, who responded to her 911 distress call on May 5, 2025, with no body cam footage available to document the interaction.

Community reports, shared widely in the “Help Us Find Jessica Paige Kemp” Facebook group and on platforms like X, allege signs of foul play at the campsite, such as the scattered contents of her purse and other suspicious circumstances, contradicting the GCSO’s claim of “no evidence of foul play.”

Additionally, allegations of evidence mishandling—including deputies reportedly balling up Jessica’s tent and throwing it into a cruiser—suggest critical clues may have been compromised. Most alarmingly, there are claims that the GCSO pressured the family to stay silent, discouraging them from going public, further eroding trust in the investigation. The nine-day delay in filing the missing persons report (May 14, 2025) only deepens these concerns.

We, the undersigned, urgently demand that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), through its Little Rock Field Office, take an active role in investigating Jessica’s disappearance to ensure an impartial and thorough review. The

FBI’s expertise in missing persons cases, forensic analysis, and authority to investigate federal crimes—such as kidnapping, evidence tampering, or civil rights violations—could uncover vital leads.

We also call on Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Senators John Boozman and Tom Cotton, and Representative Rick Crawford to support this demand for federal oversight to address these serious allegations and bring closure to Jessica’s family.

Why This Matters:
Alleged signs of foul play, including the condition of Jessica’s belongings, suggest her disappearance may involve a crime, requiring federal investigation.

The deputy being the last to see Jessica alive, with no body cam footage, raises questions about the GCSO’s transparency and conduct.

Reports of deputies mishandling evidence, such as improperly handling Jessica’s tent, indicate potential loss of critical clues, necessitating FBI forensic expertise.

Allegations of GCSO pressuring the family to avoid publicity suggest possible obstruction, demanding an independent federal review.
Jessica’s ties to Munford,

Tennessee, and her reported mental health challenges may involve interstate elements or vulnerabilities, falling under FBI jurisdiction.

Our Demands:
Immediate FBI involvement to investigate Jessica’s disappearance, evaluate alleged signs of foul play, and review the deputy’s interaction and GCSO evidence handling.

A transparent GCSO explanation of the deputy’s May 5, 2025, interaction with Jessica, the lack of body cam footage, and the handling of her tent and other evidence.

An FBI inquiry into claims that the GCSO pressured the family to stay silent, ensuring accountability and transparency.

By involving the FBI, we can ensure a credible investigation and hold authorities accountable. Please sign and share this petition to demand federal action for Jessica Paige Kemp.
