At The Rawlings Company / Machinify, our reality has become increasingly harsh and unforgiving. We, the subrogation employees of this company, are facing a daily struggle that affects not just our professional lives but also our personal well-being. We find ourselves overworked, overwhelmed, and underpaid. The weight of job demands is unbearable, leaving us unable to support our families, keep a roof over our heads, or even secure daily necessities such as food. This is our livelihood, and it is being compromised while those at the top continue to profit and thrive like never before.   
We are operating beyond our limits due to understaffing and overwhelming workloads, chiefly the excessive number of ACD calls we are mandated to handle every day. The long work hours and inadequate pay have left us in a desperate plight, yet our voices continue to fall on deaf ears. It is time for change.   
We are calling upon our company’s management to take immediate and responsible action. We request an increase in staffing to share the workload more evenly and reduce the pressure on our existing team members. Furthermore, there must be a fair and just revision of our salaries to reflect the hard work and commitment we show day in and day out. The hours we put into our roles need to correspond with our remuneration, and they need to allow for a balanced life outside of work.   
We also ask for a full and transparent evaluation of these issues — including workload distribution, compensation structure, and employee well-being — to ensure that decisions are being made with a complete understanding of their impact on the people who drive this company’s success.
