I've had personal experiences where employees of United Parks & Resorts are severely underpaid, forcing them to survive off the tips they receive from park guests, who already pay excessively priced sums for on-site food and services. The average wage of workers in this industry is often less than the living wage, illustrating the harsh reality of many of the employees' situations. These employees give their all to ensure visitors have exceptional experiences, guaranteeing the park's performance, and boosting the industry's growth.

More concerning, they perform their duties along with countless others to make our visits as enjoyable as possible, often under difficult and strenuous circumstances. We are calling on United Parks & Resorts to raise the base pay of their employees, instead of having park guests pay extra for their wages. We also ask for price regulation on on-site amenities, to make the overall guest experience more affordable and fair for all involved.
