I am a worker at Teleperformance Hellas, and like many of my colleagues, I am struggling to make ends meet due to the rising cost of living. Despite the escalating energy prices and monthly rent increases affecting all  working in our company, we have seen no corresponding increase in our salaries. The company has continuously neglected and postponed discussions about a salary raise.

This situation is not sustainable. We are unable to afford a decent standard of living on our current wages. It's time for Teleperformance Hellas to seriously consider increasing the pay every worker earns.

According to Trading Economics, Greece's cost of living index has been steadily increasing over recent years (source: Trading Economics). Yet, despite this economic reality, our salaries remain stagnant.

We are not asking for special treatment; we are asking for fair compensation that reflects the economic conditions we live in. We urge Teleperformance Hellas management to take immediate action on this issue.
