The Issue
This petition is about bringing awareness to the systemic issues at Amazon Fulfillment center MEM4. Management has been abusing authority, favoritism is rampant, and those without degrees but with connections are given priority over those who have worked hard for their qualifications.
Furthermore, there are serious concerns regarding Human Resources (HR) and Loss Prevention departments' handling of employee terminations. Proper investigations aren't being conducted when employees are terminated; complaints involving certain leaders are overlooked by HR.
We need transparency and fairness in our workplace. We demand that Amazon reviews its practices at Fulfillment Center MEM4 to ensure fair treatment for all employees regardless of their relationships within the company or their educational background.
Certain companies believe that employees are replaceable and while they can be you have some employees that invest a lot in the companies they work for. For example, stocks, health insurance, life insurance. 401k etc. Certain companies do not care that employees invest there time and life within a company. In Tennessee there is an at will law meaning a company has the right to terminate you without cause or anything they can make their mind up about which is very biased! When you invest years within a company that hurts for them to let you go without just cause or proper investigation. STAND UP FOR EMPLOYEES!!!!!! GOOD EMPLOYEES DESERVE BETTER!!!!!!!
