Demand Fair Luggage Policies from the Frontier Airline Companies

The Issue

On a personal journey from Denver to Seattle via Frontier Airlines (Flight number F9 1175), I faced a distressing ordeal. Ten minutes prior to departure, I was informed that my personal item luggage which, by any measure, could have been considered as such, was now regarded as carry-on luggage and thus subject to an additional fee. When I attempted to pay the required amount, I was inexplicably denied entry. This is a clear display of customer abuse at a gate and a severe misuse of power that has to cease. This experience is not isolated. It's high time this abuse stopped and the stringent policies over luggage classification relaxed.

Many passengers have reported similar experiences, indicating a pattern of coerced and inconsistent policies. It's unjust for gate agents to enforce such arbitrary measurements for personal item luggage, especially when the luggage clearly qualifies as a personal item. This harsh policy not only impacts passengers, but also puts unnecessary pressure on gate agents who are obligated to enforce it.

In light of these concerns, we demand that American airline companies assess and modify their luggage policies to ensure fair treatment for all customers. We seek transparency, consistency, and above all, a safe and stress-free travel experience for all. From this moment forward, we call upon you to stand with us as we push for fair change - sign this petition for passenger rights and fair travel practices.
